From the ocean you will get Fish tostadas & ginger or hibiscus Margarita, from Puebla probably the most iconic Mexican dish Chile en Nogada and the traditional tequila banderita; from Oaxaca one of the other most iconic dishes Enmoladas and the traditional tequila cocktail Paloma and last but not least for dessert the traditional Churros y chocolate.
